As a working professional, I struggled to devote as much time as I wanted to my passion, which really affected my mental health.
After many years of working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, I have learnt that approaching fitness, health and well-being in a holistic way, is the key to long term improvements and a balanced lifestyle.
Living with ADHD, and continuously learning about it means I have been able to help many clients (with & without ADHD) to achieve their goals.
I grew up in Hungary, lived in China for 3 years and have been living in London for over 12 years now.

Personal Training with full coaching support
- Initial consultation where we assess your current fitness level and discuss goals, expectations, health concerns, previous or existing injuries.
- 8 bespoke Personal Training sessions (60 min. / session, £599 / month)
- PT sessions are held at the heart of Walthamstow in a private, well equipped gym at Fantastic Creatures
- Personalized workout (program plan) according to your goals and needs, that you enjoy doing and can fit into your busy schedule.
- Home or other individualized workout plan while you are away or on holiday (if required)
- Nutritional guidance according to your goals - if required - My approach is to give you a great education and understanding around how to fuel yourself without constant calorie tracking and yo yo dieting - where you can improve relationship with food, eating habits while nourishing your well - being
To log in, track your workouts and monitor your weekly progress, giving you and me both a clear understanding of your journey and improvements.
Each workout includes video demonstrations, so you can easily view how to perform each exercise correctly.
You can log and track your eating habits here. Alternatively, we can use MyFitnessPal to get a better understanding of your eating habits.
You can sync here your smart phone, smart watch to see all your activity in one app.
Nutrition doesn’t have to feel confusing or restrictive. I offer simple guidance, easy meal ideas, and supportive tools to help you nourish yourself in a way that works for your lifestyle and supports your well - being.
You’ll have continuous support throughout your journey, with the flexibility to reach out whenever it feels right for you. Whether you need regular guidance or occasional reassurance, I’m here - no pressure, just support.
You’ll have access to a private WhatsApp group where you can receive extra support, helpful tips, and encouragement. It’s a space to feel part of a community - without any pressure to be constantly active.
You’ll be supported with gentle accountability through weekly check-ins - helping you stay connected to your goals in a way that feels encouraging, flexible, and completely judgment-free.
