PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BIG PART OF MY LIFE AND A PRIMARY SOURCE OF MY WELL-BEING
As a working professional, I struggled to devote as much time as I wanted to my passion, which really affected my mental health.
After many years of working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, I have learnt that approaching fitness, health and well-being in a holistic way, is the key to long term improvements and a balanced lifestyle.
Living with ADHD, and continuously learning about it means I have been able to help many clients (with & without ADHD) to achieve their goals.
I grew up in Hungary, lived in China for 3 years and have been living in London for over 12 years now.
During this time I have worked with a diverse range of clients.

Personal Training with full coaching support
- Initial consultation where we assess your current fitness level and discuss goals, expectations, health concerns, previous or existing injuries.
- 8 bespoke Personal Training sessions (60 min. / session, £599 / month), PT sessions are held in a heart of Walthamstow at Fantastic Creatures or Yonder climbing gym.
- Personalized workout (program plan) according to your goals and needs, that you enjoy doing and can fit into your busy schedule.
- Home or other individualized workout plan while you are away or on holiday (if required)
- Daily calorie target range according to your goals if required (my approach is to give you a great education and understanding around how to fuel yourself without constant calorie tracking and yo yo dieting - where you can improve relationship with food and eating)
This is where you'll log in to track your workouts and monitor your weekly progress, giving us a clear view of your progress.
Each workout includes video demonstrations, so you can easily view how to perform each exercise correnctly during your sessions.
Optional, but not obligatory: You can log and track your meals here, making it quicker to add recurring items. Alternatively, you can use MyFitnessPal to get a better understanding of your eating habits.
You can also log your step targets or sync them with your smartwatch or phone to monitor your daily activity levels.
You'll have access to track your habits and goals, both daily and weekly, to keep your progress on track.
- recipe books and explanations around how to plan your meals easily in your busy life to fuel yourself well to reach your goals.
- to answer any of your questions on weekdays between 8 am - 7pm ( will get back to you no later than 24 hours!)
- where we all support each other, share recipes, wins, struggles, keep each other motivated and can always ask any questions without judgment. Also where we announce the next team building activity.
- to reflect on the previous 4 weeks, discuss your progression and set up your next months for success.
- Minimum sign up length is 3 months via subscription set up ahead.
- To cancel a subscription, a minimum 30 days of notice is required via email before the next due payment.
