PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BIG PART OF MY LIFE AND A PRIMARY SOURCE OF MY WELL-BEING

As a working professional, I struggled to devote as much time as I wanted to my passion, which really affected my mental health.

After many years of working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, I have learnt that approaching fitness, health and well-being in a holistic way, is the key to long term improvements and a balanced lifestyle.

Living with ADHD, and continuously learning about it means I have been able to help many clients (with & without ADHD) to achieve their goals. 

I grew up in Hungary, lived in China for 3 years and have been living in London for over 12 years now.
